After a Star Scout has his or her Scoutmaster Conference, then a Board of Review takes place as the final step toward the rank of Life. The Board of Review is usually conducted by members of the Troop Committee.
Successfully complete your board of review for the Life rank. (If the board of review does not approve the Scout’s advancement, the decision may be appealed in accordance with Guide to Advancement topic 8.0.4.0.)
