Camp McMuffins
This easy camp breakfast can be made in minutes and will give you the energy for all of your camping adventures through the day.
Equipment
- Grill
- Bowl
- Skillet
- Marshmallow forks (optional)
- Foil
Ingredients
- 4 English muffins
- 6 slices ham cubed
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices American cheese
- Butter
Instructions
- Prepare your fire.
- Split the English muffins and butter both sides. Toast over fire on the grill or on marshmallow forks. Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl. Put the ham in a hot greased skillet and add the eggs. Scramble the eggs and ham until the eggs are set.
- Put 1/4 of mixture on to half of an English muffin. Top with 1 slice of cheese. Put the other half of the English muffin on top. Wrap in aluminum foil. The sandwiches will stay warm for about 15 minutes.
