Hoppin John

One Pot Hoppin’ John Recipe

Hoppin’ John is traditionally served on New Year’s Day to bring luck through the year. You can have it anytime though. This recipe works at camp or you can cook it at home on your stove.

This is really good served with Sweet Corn Bread.
