Ham and Cheese Bites Recipe Instructions

Ingredients

  • 1 package thinly sliced ham, 2.5 ounces
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 pieces string cheese, 1 ounce each

Setup steps

  1. Wash hands and clean the work area.
  2. Set out all equipment and ingredients.
  3. Open the ham package and separate the slices.
  4. Unwrap the string cheese.

Recipe steps

  1. Cut the crusts off the bread slices.
  2. Use the rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread.
  3. Place one quarter of the ham on each slice.
  4. Put one piece of string cheese on the edge of the bread.
  5. Roll the bread and ham around the cheese.
  6. Place four toothpicks evenly along the roll.
  7. Cut the roll into four pieces.
  8. Put honey mustard dressing into each cup.
  9. Dip the bites and eat.
