Ingredients
- 1 package thinly sliced ham, 2.5 ounces
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 pieces string cheese, 1 ounce each
- Low-fat honey mustard dressing
Setup steps
- Wash hands and clean the work area.
- Set out all equipment and ingredients.
- Open the ham package and separate the slices.
- Unwrap the string cheese.
Recipe steps
- Cut the crusts off the bread slices.
- Use the rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread.
- Place one quarter of the ham on each slice.
- Put one piece of string cheese on the edge of the bread.
- Roll the bread and ham around the cheese.
- Place four toothpicks evenly along the roll.
- Cut the roll into four pieces.
- Put honey mustard dressing into each cup.
- Dip the bites and eat.
