Prepare your fire.
Split the English muffins and butter both sides. Toast over fire on the grill or on marshmallow forks. Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl. Put the ham in a hot greased skillet and add the eggs. Scramble the eggs and ham until the eggs are set.
Put 1/4 of mixture on to half of an English muffin. Top with 1 slice of cheese. Put the other half of the English muffin on top. Wrap in aluminum foil. The sandwiches will stay warm for about 15 minutes.
