Here are a couple of ideas for Easter (and springtime in general).

First of all, those Peeps are available in stores. So purchase them and then make some Toasted Peeps.

If your Scouts are getting together with their families, make some Good Manners napkins.

And don’t forget to have an old fashioned Easter egg hunt!
