A reader is looking for a gift for someone in the Scouting unit who loves Star Wars. I was asked for suggestions, so here are some in a wide range of prices.
This time of year, you can’t go wrong with a Yoda Christmas ornament. I mean, what Star Wars fan wouldn’t want this on her tree? There are other options besides Yoda, but I’m partial to this one. Costs about $9.
For the coffee drinker, you can get a Star Wars coffee mug. I like this “What I Learned from Star Wars” one with wise sayings from the movies. About $11.
For the Scouter who is into survival skills, there is How Not to Get Eaten by Ewoks and Other Galactic Survival Skills. Learn how all of those Star Wars characters get out of one tight spot after another. About $11.
For those chilly evenings around the campfire, how about this Star Wars throw blanket with characters from the classic Star Wars movies. Not to start a fight or anything, but the classic trilogy was the best, right? About $25.
Does this Scouter like art? There is a lot of Star Wars artwork available. I like this one done in the style of Vincent Van Gogh. This would look great in the office and be a nice conversation starter. This is not frames, but you could pick up a frame to go with it. About $19.
If you want something silly that is still useful around camp there is this Darth Vader aluminum water bottle. About $43.
Those are just a few ideas for ways to show your appreciation for the Scouter you know who happens to also be a Star Wars fan. I think it is nice that you are looking for something he or she will really appreciate.
