Webelos Badge Required Adventures
Cast Iron Chef

Youth learn about meal planning, budgeting, and shopping while working on the Cast Iron Chef adventure. They also prepare a nutritious meal and make a cooking fire.
Duty to God and You

For the Duty to God and You adventure, Scouts either earn the religious emblem of their faith or plan and take part in a worship service or reflection.
First Responder

For the First Responder adventure, youth learn some basic first aid and emergency preparedness skills. They learn to respond to situations like choking, shock, bites and stings, cuts, cuts, burns, and more.
Stronger, Faster, Higher

Youth explore how to stay fit while working on the Stronger, Faster, Higher adventure. They learn about the importance of warming up and cooling down.
Webelos Walkabout

For the Webelos Walkabout adventure, Cub Scouts plan and carry out a three mile hike and complete a service project.
Arrow of Light Required Adventures
Building a Better World

The requirements for the Building a Better World adventure help youth learn about good citizenship and good stewardship of our resources. Webelos working towards Arrow of Light will learn about the flag, become more engaged in their communities, explore energy conservation, and develop leadership skills.
Duty to God in Action

For the Duty to God in Action adventure, Scouts either earn the religious emblem of their faith or create and carry out a plan to strengthen their own beliefs.
Outdoor Adventurer

For Outdoor Adventurer, youth learn how to set up tents, how to be prepared for weather and natural disasters, and other outdoor skills such as geocaching, knot tying, the Outdoor Code, and Leave No Trace. They practice their skills on a campout or an outdoor activity.
Scouting Adventure

Scouting Adventure is one of the Arrow of Light required adventures. For this adventure, Scouts find out what it will be like to be a member of a Scouts BSA troop and they learn some outdoor skills.
Webelos and Arrow of Light Elective Adventures
Aquanaut

For the Aquanaut adventure, Scouts learn about safety in the water while swimming and boating and practice their aquatics skills.
Art Explosion

For the Art Explosion adventure, Cub Scouts learn about all types of art – drawing, painting, sculpture, origami, digital art, graphic design, photography, comics, and more.
Aware and Care

For the Aware and Care adventure, youth learn about the challenges faced by people with disabilities.
Build It

For the Build It adventure, youth learn about using tools safely and carpentry. Then they use what they have learned to build a project.
Castaway

For the Castaway adventure, Cub Scouts learn survival skills for situations where shelter, water, and electricity might not be available.
Earth Rocks!

Youth learn all about geology and the earth while doing the Earth Rocks! adventure. They will find out more about rocks and minerals. And they will learn how to identify geological features on a map.
Engineer

For the Engineer adventure, youth learn about how engineers design new things and make two projects of their own.
Game Design

While working on the Game Design adventure, youth learn what elements are needed to design a game. They create their own game and teach others how to play.
Into the Wild

Youth working on the Into the Wild adventure learn all about nature. They can choose to observe insects, reptiles, amphibians, fish, mammals, or birds. They also find out about ecosystems and the balance of nature.
Into the Woods

Youth learn about forestry while doing the Into the Woods adventure. They will study different types of trees and how they grow. They will also consider why trees are important and learn about ecosystems.
Sports

For the Sports adventure, youth learn about sportsmanship and play individual and team sports.
