Wolf Achievement 3: Keep My Body Healthy – Healthy Habits Worksheet

Wolf Achievement 3 – Keep Your Body Healthy is pretty easy to start at a meeting, but they have to finish it at home by keeping track of their healthy habits for two weeks. Sometimes it  is a challenge for them to get the achievement completed when they have to finish something on their own over a period of time.

To help the Wolves complete this achievement, send them home with a chart already printed out. Then all they have to do is make a tally mark every time they do one of the healthy things listed on the chart.

    I’m certain I understand what “Playing outside” means in order to write time on the chart. Just to be on the safe side, will you please clarify (for the younger one in my home). Can he write time on his chart for watching TV in his bedroom while playing with Legos? This may seem silly, please forgive me. I truly need to let him read a response here.

      There is a “run and play” entry on the chart. So this would be for play type activities which promote health and fitness. You will have to use your own judgement about whether the activity fits this category or not.
