The Webelos Super Achiever award is for Webelos who earn all 20 Webelos activity badges. This is a council specific award, not a national award. So while many councils offer this award, some do not. You will need to check with your local council.
With my Webelos den, I know most of the Scouts will not get this award. But for the Scouts who are really into earning stuff, this makes a nice goal. With my previous den, I had a couple who completed their last activity badge during their last month as Webelos. The thought of earning this badge gave them the little incentive they needed to push themselves.
There is no long list of requirements for this one. In our council (GSLAC), the Webelos just need to earn all of the activity badges. Other councils might add an additional requirement or two.

Check your local Scout shop. Ask for a Super Achiever patch or a Super 20 patch or sometimes they are called a Heavy Shoulder patch. They are also available online from ScoutStuff.org:

He could wear it as a temporary, under-flap patch under his right pocket flap if you have a holder for it. My sons have theirs on their patch blankets. I’ve seen others put them on Cub Scout brag vests. You could look at the BSA Insignia guide to see if there is a permanent location for it, but I don’t recall it ever being sewn on the uniform.
Our boys put the super 20 patch on their brag vest. which are shown at their Eagle ceremony when the earn their Eagle, but no it is not to be sewn on the official scout shirts.
I’m looking for a Super20 award plaque or shadow box. I only want to display the Webelo Activity Pins and Super 20 patch. I’ve only found ONE choice on the whole web. Do you know of other sources?
You can really use any shadow box like this one. Put in a Super 20 patch, their pins, and some other Cub Scouting memorabilia. I’ve seen them lined with a Webelos neckerchief. Get the Cub Scout involved and let him help decide what to put in the box.
I found a very nice wooden plaque that came with the 20 pins displayed upon it. It also has the Webelos symbol and an Arrow of Light patch which hangs down from it. I found it on ebay. Good luck.

My son was one of 4 who recieved the Super Acheiver patch last weekend at Crossover. 7 Webeos crossed over to Boy Scouts locally from a total of 3 Packs. That’s a pretty good ratio. He was the only scout from his den to crossover.
